Geography
Curriculum Intent - Geography
In Geography, we aim to provide our children with the opportunities to become global citizens, deepening their interest and wonder in exploring the world and their own place in it. Through our curriculum the children will develop a sense of their world at the local, national and global scales. We intend to equip children with geographical skills to develop their knowledge through studying places, people and natural and human environments. Children will have an understanding of their responsibilities within their own society and an insight into the sustainability of a changing world. They should also understand physical and human processes of the planet Earth.
