Lea Green
Today we went to Lea Green for our activity day, it was very cold and we had to wrap up warm! When we arrived we went on the buggies, we took turns on the double and single (even Miss Blunden and Mrs Arnold had a go). We split up into two teams called the Ace Arnolds and the Bionic Blundens. Then we RACED! We had lots of fun but it was very tiring. Next we did some teamwork skills using the Giant Earth Ball. We all got squished, but it wasn't heavy as it was filled with air. After we got the parachute out and played lots of games we also tried to make it reach the ceiling. After lunch we stayed in our teams and one of us went on the play park while the others went in the caving room. When we were in the caving room we played climbing limbo (it was harder than it looked). We had a brilliant time at Lea Green and we cannot wait to go again in May! YEAR 4

Today we started our poetry unit and we have been looking at poems about rainforest animals. We had to perform these poems to our class. Take a look how we did!
Antarctica Day
Year 4 would like to say a massive thank you to Miss Pasteur for working with us on our Antarctica morning. We learnt lots about Antarctica and we even were able to dress up in the polar clothing and become scientists too!
Take a look at the photos from our exciting day!
