I never won the tech battle, so taking a slightly different approach and breaking the lessons down into smaller chunks. Start each phonics session with the ‘practising sounds’ video. I will update this as we learn more sounds. Then follow up with a lesson. I will add supplementary materials for each sound we learn. Prior to the lesson make sure you have something to write with, either a pencil and paper, or a white/blackboard if you have one.
Practice the sounds we have learnt so far with Mrs. Holmes. Remember to show if it is bouncy or stretchy!
Bingo gameSelect six words from the included list and write them on a bingo grid. Press go on your tablet, phone or laptop and the words will pop up. Your child should read the word and cross off if they have it. Shout bingo when you have crossed off all 6 words.
